Mid-Week Total cost for 2 nights	$450 for 1 couple $600 for 2 couples
During Yulefest minimum rates apply. These are based on a four person two night stay. A $50 surcharge applies during Yulefest (winter). Brantwood Cottage accommodates up to 8 guests. Special deals for families or stays longer than two nights.

Bookings & Cancellations	All bookings are tentative and confirmation of the reservation will only be made on receipt of a 50% deposit. Full payment required no later than 1 week prior to your arrival. All cancellations with less than 7 days notice will forfeit the 50% deposit. All cancellations with less than 2 days notice will be liable for the full tariff. Deposits are not refundable or transferable unless two weeks prior notice of cancellation is given. We accept payment by MasterCard, Bankcard or Visa. Occupants will be liable for any damages. All bookings - minimum 2 nights stay Long Weekends - minimum 3 nights stay Easter Weekend - minimum 4 nights stay *Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
